Job summary

Qualifications

Current license to practice as an RN in state of practice; compact licenses must be transferred within 60 days of start date.
RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain a BSN within four years of hire.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

Assess: Perform comprehensive assessment of physical, social, and psychological status and gather information from interdisciplinary team.
Plan: Develop individualized care plans with patient, family, and team involvement.
Implement: Direct care coordination and delegation to care team per plan.
Evaluate: Review patient response to care and revise plans as needed.
Professionalism: Adhere to legal/ethical standards, document accurately, and maintain licensure compliance.
