Job summary

CoxHealth is seeking a Neuro Trauma Medical-Surgical RN for the night shift at the Springfield facility. The unit treats a range of neuro conditions, including stroke and trauma, with close collaboration across disciplines to ensure high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities include assessment, medication administration, dressing changes, vital signs monitoring, and patient/family education; required Missouri RN license and BLS within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program or NLN approved program.
• BLS must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
• RN license active in Missouri

Responsibilities

• Manage care for patients with medical conditions or surgical procedures.
• Assess patient condition, administer medications, change dressings, monitor vital signs, document care.
• Provide education and support to patients and families.
