Job summary

CoxHealth is seeking a dedicated Critical Care Nurse to provide direct, patient-centered care in a high-acuity Neuro Trauma ICU setting in Springfield, MO. You will monitor complex equipment, coordinate with the healthcare team, and support rapid response to patient needs.

The role requires an accredited nursing degree and Missouri RN licensure, with BLS and ACLS certifications. Night shift schedule, sign-on and relocation bonuses, and pathways for career advancement are offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program or NLN approved program.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
• License to practice as an RN in Missouri and current BLS/ACLS certifications are required or must be obtained within specified timelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and individualized care to acutely and critically ill patients.
• Monitor and adjust ICU equipment and electronic displays.
• Assist physicians with procedures and treatments.
• Assess patient conditions and respond to changes in status in a timely manner.
