Qualificações

• Registered Nurse (RN) with ICU/critical care experience.
• Strong understanding of neuro trauma patient needs and assessment.

• Monitor and manage ventilators and other life-support equipment.
• Titrate IV drips and manage therapies.
• Perform and interpret neuro assessments; recognize rapid neurologic changes.
• Deliver timely interventions for critically ill patients.

• Educate patients and families and provide compassionate support.
• Support quality improvement and safety initiatives.
