Job summary

Black Women\'s Mental Health Institute seeks an RN in the Neuro Trauma ICU to provide high-acuity, evidence-based care for complex neurological and trauma patients in Kissimmee, Florida.

You will monitor patients around the clock, manage ventilator support, titrate IV drips, perform neuro assessments, coordinate with an interdisciplinary team, and educate patients and families to support informed decisions.

Qualifications

• RN with critical care and neuro/trauma experience; strong monitoring and assessment skills; able to manage life-support equipment; effective communication and teamwork.
