Job summary

The Nursing Assistant (NA) at Sanford Health, Marsh Med Ctr, Marshfield, WI, works under RN or LPN supervision to provide patient-centered care and daily living assistance, including bathing, grooming, eating, and basic health data collection. Night shift, full-time, 36 hours weekly, with a starting wage of $18.00–$24.00 per hour and a $2,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is preferred.
• If working in ND or MN and not a CNA, must be NA Registry in ND or MN within four months from hire date.
• If working in Wisconsin, must be on the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry or a student nurse with clinical hours completed.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under RN/LPN supervision.
• Administer delegated tasks and treatments; record vital statistics.
• Prepare treatment areas, equipment, and dispose of biomedical waste per policy.
• Support one-on-one care and assist with basic health care needs.
