• Develop and execute strategic KOL engagement plans across the Northeast region.
• Build relationships with neurologists, neuromuscular, genetic specialists, rehabilitation physicians, and centers of excellence.
• Capture and communicate customer insights that influence brand strategy and launch planning.
• Lead commercial advisory boards and physician engagement initiatives.
• Recruit, develop, and manage physician speaker bureau members.
• Support congress strategy, thought leader engagement, and launch readiness activities.

A growing commercial-stage biopharmaceutical company is seeking an Associate Director, Neuro Thought Leader Liaison to lead strategic engagement with key opinion leaders across rare neurological diseases. This individual will serve as a critical commercial partner responsible for thought leader strategy, insight generation, launch readiness, and cross-functional collaboration within a growing neurology franchise.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic KOL engagement plans across the Northeast region.
• Build relationships with neurologists, neuromuscular specialists, genetic specialists, rehabilitation physicians, and centers of excellence.
• Capture and communicate customer insights that influence brand strategy and launch planning.
• Lead commercial advisory boards and physician engagement initiatives.
• Recruit, develop, and manage physician speaker bureau members.
• Support congress strategy, thought leader engagement, and launch readiness activities.

Experience & Skills

• 7+ years of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry experience.
• 3-5+ years in one or more of:
  • Thought Leader Liaison
  • Product Marketing
  • Specialty Sales
  • Medical Affairs Leadership
  • Commercial Leadership
• Rare disease experience required.
• Neurology experience required.
• Strong KOL engagement and relationship management experience.

• PharmD strongly preferred.
• Advanced degree (PharmD, PhD, MBA, MSN, MS) highly desirable.

Compensation

• Base Salary: $190K-$225K
• 20% Bonus
• Long-Term Incentive Plan
• Car Allowance
