Job summary

AdventHealth in Littleton, Colorado, is seeking a Registered Nurse for a night shift. Grow professionally through our Clinical Ladder and enjoy a $10K sign-on bonus for FT days and $20K for FT nights, plus relocation support.

Responsibilities include comprehensive patient assessments, care planning, medication administration, and patient education within a collaborative team that values quality care and safety. RN licensure and BLS are required.

Qualifications

Able to perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop care plans.
Proficient in client education and discharge planning.
Experience with regulatory requirements and documentation.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patient factors.
Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs.
Administer medications and treatments following orders and protocols.
Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and self-care.
Coordinate with medical staff to optimize patient care and ensure communication.
Document patient information and outcomes accurately in the medical record.
Monitor and adjust care plans to improve patient health outcomes.
Ensure infection control and safety compliance within the unit.
Provide emotional support to patients and families.
Supervise and delegate care within the team.
Engage in professional development and performance improvement activities.
