Job summary

Qualifications
- RN license required and BLS certification.
- 1+ acute care hospital experience preferred.
- ADN required; BSN preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments across physical, psychological, developmental, and sociocultural factors.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans with ongoing evaluation.
- Administer medications and treatments per orders and protocols.
- Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and self-care.
- Collaborate with care team to coordinate patient care and communication.
