Job summary

Allegheny Health Network in Pittsburgh, PA, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the 3 North West Neuro/Ortho unit. This 47-bed advanced medical and neuro unit serves telemetry and med-surg patients and is dual certified for stroke care and elective joint replacements.

Under physician and RN direction, you will provide direct patient care, assist with procedures, document assessments in EPIC, and help ensure patient safety and comfort.

Qualifications

• LPN license in PA or eNLC status.
• 1 year healthcare experience preferred.
• EPIC documentation knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provides general nursing care within LPN scope of practice.
• Assists with equipment prep and supports clinicians during treatment and testing.
• Collects assessments, prepares patients for examination, and documents changes in patient condition.
