Qualifications

• Two (2) years RN experience within applicable clinical specialty.
• Bachelor level nursing degree preferred.
• Licensed Registered Nurse in AZ, BLS and ACLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Mentors others in competency, documentation, equipment use, plan of care, safety goals and inservice education
• Evaluates care provided by staff
• Coaches to improve care
• Ensures standard of care is maintained
• Addresses ethical dilemmas and coordinates Ethics Consult when needed
