Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care, coordinate interdisciplinary treatment, and support patient education and discharge planning. Qualifications

• Associate or diploma in Nursing required.
• BSN in progress or willing to obtain within 3 years of hire.
• Current and valid RN license to practice at the assigned location.
• BLS/CPR certification within 60 days of hire.
• Six months of nursing experience or active Nurse Residency participation at Hackensack Meridian Health.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care per evidence-based policies and standards.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team for complex patients.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide patient and family education and discharge planning as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure patient safety and quality care.
