Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is hiring a Night Shift RN for the Level One Trauma ICU at Temple campus. You will provide comprehensive neuro surgical ICU patient care, perform assessments, create care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

We support education, leadership growth, and pathway to certifications, with a relocation bonus and full benefits. 36 hours per week, Night Shift, Full Time roles across our NsICU.

Qualifications

• Grad of an Accredited RN Program.
• Specialized field of study should be nursing.
• RN license.
• Must have BLS certification or get it within 30 days of starting in this role.
• 1 Year of RN ICU Experience Required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient care using a professional practice model.
• Responsibilities include patient assessment, recognizing health issues, creating care plans, and assessing patient responses.
• Secure patient travel. Know about patient needs in healthcare.
• Help patients and prevent issues. Follow the Texas Nursing Practice Act and delegate tasks based on condition and team competencies.
