Positions involve 4 ten-hour day shifts in the Main OR and Outpatient Surgery Center, with on-call and weekend/holiday rotations. Requires BSN or commitment to obtain, and current Michigan nursing license.

Strong team collaboration and critical thinking are essential. Ideal candidates are able to function in scrub and circulating roles, adapt to a fast-paced Level 1 Trauma Center, and work effectively

Qualifications

• Graduation from accredited nursing program.
• BSN preferred or willing to obtain within specified time frame.
• Current Michigan Nursing License.
• Strong nursing knowledge and age-specific care.
• Ability to concentrate and maintain accuracy in clinical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide circulating and scrubbing in OR as required.
• Work in both Main OR and Outpatient Surgery Center.
• Participate in on-call, weekend and holiday rotations with 30-minute response time.
• Collaborate within a team-based approach to patient care.
