Job summary

HonorHealth's Medical/Surgical Unit-6E-Neuro Stroke in Scottsdale, AZ is hiring for a full-time Day shift (6:00 AM–6:30 PM) with 3-12 hour shifts and self-scheduling. Weekend and holiday rotations are required with shift differentials offered.

The role provides patient-related care across the life span under supervision, including personal care, activities of daily living, vital signs, intake and output, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Completion of Block 1 in Nursing OR Medical Assistant (MA) OR Nursing Assistant (NA) OR Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) OR Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) OR 6 months of experience in the healthcare setting within the last year Required
• 6 months in acute care experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provides and collaborates direct patient care services under the direct supervisor of a licensed caregiver.
• Addresses and/or directs questions or concerns from patients, families, caregivers, or health care team members.
• Maintains accurate medical record documentation related to care delivered.
