Atrium Health Pineville Stroke/Neuro Unit in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Nurse Aide to support patient care on a Neuro/Stroke unit. You will assist with activities of daily living, personal hygiene, vital signs, and mobility while maintaining a clean, safe patient environment.

The role includes basic clerical tasks and inventory duties to support daily operations. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, NC Nurse Aide I/II listing, and BLS certification.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current Nurse Aide I or Nurse Aide II listing with NC Board; BLS required.
• Provide patient care under RN supervision and maintain safety.

Mansioni

• Assist patients with activities of daily living and personal hygiene.
• Take vital signs and collect height/weight measurements.
• Feed and ambulate patients according to procedures.
• Maintain clean, orderly patient rooms and report changes in condition.
• Assist with clerical tasks and maintain medical records as needed.
• Maintain stock items and perform tasks per Nurse Aide scope.
