Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Currently listed as Nurse Aide I or Nurse Aide II per NC boards/registry.
• BLS certification required.
• Ability to perform ADL assistance and basic clinical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Supports patients with activities of daily living.
• Takes vital signs and measurements.
• Feeds and ambulate patients per procedures.
• Maintains clean, safe patient rooms.
• Observes and reports patient condition changes.
• Performs clerical tasks and maintains medical records.
• Operates equipment and maintains supplies.
• Performs 12-Lead ECG and routine venipuncture as trained.
