Job summary

Mercy is seeking an RN for Neuro Stepdown, full-time days. 3x12 hour shifts from 7:00am to 7:30pm. A $10k New Graduate Bonus and a $20k Experienced Nurse Bonus are offered. Education must be a nursing degree (AD/ Diploma/ BSN).

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in Missouri or with compact licensure
• Education: Grad from nursing program (AD, Diploma or BSN)
• Basic Life Support certified or within 30 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Maintains professional accountability for patient care for assigned patients.
• Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers.
• Coordinates patient care with other departments.
