Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high quality, patient-centered care in progressive care.
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative nursing care in collaboration with medical providers.
• Advocate for patients to support an exceptional patient experience.
• Assess patient condition during admission and each shift, report changes.
• Document care administration and monitor responses to medications.
