Frederick Health Medical Group, LLC is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse for the Brain and Spine office in Frederick, MD. Schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm with weekends shared among two practices (Brain and Spine 3 days a week, Orthopedics 2 days a week).

The RN will function as a clinical liaison, triage patient needs, educate patients on disease management, and maintain accurate EHRs. This role requires MD RN licensure, CPR/BLS, and 2–3 years of clinic experience; flexibility

Qualifikationen

• Must hold an active Maryland RN license and CPR/BLS certification.
• Minimum 2–3 years nursing experience in a medical practice or clinic.
• Strong communication and triage skills; knowledge of HIPAA requirements.
• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records systems.

Aufgaben

• Triage patient needs by phone or in person and coordinate care with providers.
• Maintain accurate EHR documentation and ensure data integrity.
• Educate patients on disease management and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with staff and leadership to improve workflow and outcomes.
• Provide clinical coverage and support across locations as needed.
