• Completes patient assessments and triages; records histories and symptoms.
• Establishes and implements nursing care plans through nursing process.
• Administers injections, wound care, catheterizations, and IV solutions safely.
• Provides post-treatment care instructions and follow-up resources.
• Identifies care issues and contributes to quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Triages incoming spine practice calls and coordinates patient flow.
• Administers medications and IV solutions according to protocols.
• Educates patients and families on post-treatment care and resources.
• Collaborates with neurosurgeons and care team to ensure coordinated care.
