Job summary

Mercy Hospital St. Louis Critical Care Medicine Fellowship seeks an experienced registered nurse to provide high-quality patient care using the nursing process.

You will be accountable for patient outcomes, evaluate care provided by others, and coordinate interdepartmental patient care while upholding patient rights and confidentiality. Graduates with an RN license and nursing degree (ADN/ Diploma/ BSN) are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN license in the hiring state or compact licensure.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Maintains professional accountability for patient care for assigned patients.
• Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers.
• Coordinates patient care with other departments.
• Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information.
• Performs duties in line with Mercy mission, values, and Service Standards.
