Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• RN licensure within the hiring state and/or compact licensure with state board requirements.
• Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 pounds and regular standing/walking.
• BLS certification, with ACLS/NRP/ENPC etc depending on unit requirements.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Maintains professional accountability for assigned patients.
• Evaluates care effectiveness of direct caregivers.
• Coordinates patient care with other departments while safeguarding rights and confidentiality.
