Job summary

Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and meticulous documentation are essential to deliver high‑quality care. Requirements include an RN licensure in Florida, ACLS/BLS, and strong communication, organization, and clinical skills.
Qualifications
- Education requirements include an RN degree and active Florida license.
- Strong nursing knowledge and ability to execute care plans.
- Comfort with EKG concepts and ACLS knowledge as needed.
- Proficiency with Windows-based software and charting systems.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments across multiple domains.
- Develop and adjust individualized care plans and document outcomes.
- Administer medications per physician orders and monitor reactions.
- Educate patients and families on conditions and care plans.
- Collaborate with care teams to optimize patient outcomes and safety.
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in quality initiatives.
- Support infection control and safety protocols and respond to codes.
