Job summary

Collage Rehabilitation Partners in Johns Creek, GA is seeking a Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist to work in our adult neuro rehabilitation program. You will provide evaluation and treatment for residents with speech, language, cognitive, linguistic and swallowing disorders resulting from acquired brain injury.

The role focuses on memory strategies, language expression, speech production, pragmatics, comprehension and problem solving.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology with CCC from ASHA and state licensure required.
• Previous spinal cord/brain injury experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in treatment of neurologically related disorders in community-based settings preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of time; valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide treatment and evaluations of residents with speech, language, cognitive, linguistic and swallowing disorders as a result of acquired brain injury.
• Develop strategies for memory, language expression, speech production, pragmatics, comprehension, problem solving and swallowing disorders.
