Qualifications

• Healthcare, rehabilitation, or workers' compensation experience is essential.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills are required.
• Willingness to travel and manage a mobile schedule.
• Bachelor's degree in a health-related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain referral relationships with insurance representatives, nurse case managers, workers' compensation adjusters/payors, discharge planners, physicians and other decision-makers.
• Design and deliver presentations and educational materials about Collage's post-acute programs and outcomes.
• Represent Collage Rehabilitation Partners at industry conferences and meetings to raise awareness and drive referrals.
• Collaborate with internal clinical and admissions teams to ensure a seamless referral process.
