Job summary

Texas NeuroRehab Center is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) PRN for the Post Acute Brain Injury Program in Austin, TX. The OT will evaluate, plan, and implement interventions to help patients recover and maximize independence in daily activities.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's or Master's in OT, current Texas OT license (LOT) and NBCOT certification preferred. One year of neurorehabilitation experience is desirable; strong teamwork within an interdisciplinary rehab team is

Qualifications

• Needs thorough knowledge of human development, anatomy & physiology, kinesiology, and effects of treatment on function.
• Knowledge of neurodevelopment treatment and motorControl in neurological dysfunction.
• Experience in neurorehabilitation settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide OT evaluation, treatment planning, and interventions.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary rehab team to maximize independence and safety.
• Deliver evidence-based OT services to patients with neurological, orthopedic, or medically complex conditions.
