Collage Rehabilitation Partners is seeking a compassionate Direct Support Professional (DSP) for the Outpatient Direct Support Professional program in Paoli, PA. This full-time role supports adults with brain injuries in home and community settings, providing rehabilitation guidance and daily living support.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, managing medications as assigned, and transporting clients to appointments or outings while maintaining safety and professional boundaries.

Qualifikationen

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Operational Requirements: Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 20% of time.
• Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Promote Independence by assisting with ADLs and community living skills.
• Health & Wellness tasks including medication administration and meal prepping.
• Proactive Behavioral Support to handle challenging situations with professional boundaries.
• Observation & Advocacy to report changes to the treatment team.
