Job summary

Collage Rehab is seeking a Direct Support Professional for full-time roles in our Malvern, PA programs. The DSP will provide supportive care across 8-bed residential settings, assisting with daily living, therapies, and transportation under supervision, with shifts including 7a-3p and 1p-9p and a weekend day.

Applicants should be 21+, hold a high school diploma or GED, and have a valid driver’s license. Lifting up to 50 lbs may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provides minimum to maximum assistance and/or supervision to promote clients’ daily living, recreation, and vocational activities.
• Assists with personal care and hygiene, therapies, and driving clients to appointments and outings.
• Comfortable working with medically complicated and behaviorally challenged clients.
