Job summary

Collage Rehabilitation Partners in Escondido, CA, seeks Part-Time Direct Support Professionals to support adults with brain injuries in a residential program. You will assist with daily living tasks, therapies, and accompany clients to appointments and activities.

This role requires at least a high school diploma or GED, being 18+, a valid driver's license, the ability to lift 50 lbs, and a compassionate, team‑oriented approach in a medically complex setting.

• Must have a valid driver's license and responsible driving behaviors must be maintained

Responsibilities

• Provides minimum to maximum assistance and/or supervision to promote clients’ success in daily living tasks, recreational activities and vocational pursuits
• Assists clients with personal care and hygiene, therapies, and driving and accompanying clients to appointments, activities and other outings
• Works with a variety of medically complicated and behaviorally challenged clients
