Collage Rehabilitation Partners is seeking Direct Support Professionals for our residential program in Jeannette. You will provide daily living assistance, support therapies, and help clients engage in activities while ensuring safety and dignity.

The role requires a willingness to work with medically and behaviorally challenged individuals, with driving responsibilities and lifting up to 50 lbs. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent Direct Care experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 5 years of Direct Care experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and daily living activities.
• Support therapies and recreational activities.
• Drive and accompany clients to appointments and outings.
