Job summary

Inspire Neurocare is seeking a Rehab Assistant to support residents with daily living tasks and participate in therapy sessions, providing companionship and personalised care aligned with individual care plans.

You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic, person-centred care while building meaningful relationships with residents and their families. Training and development opportunities are available to progress your career in care.

Qualifications

• Experience in care is welcomed but not essential.
• Must have strong and clear communication skills and a genuine passion for delivering compassionate care.
• Ability to adapt to residents' changing needs and routines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living tasks and personal care where required.
• Provide social and emotional support to encourage participation in activities.
• Offer companionship and engage with residents to understand their lives and preferences.
• Support care plans in collaboration with nurses, therapists, and other professionals.
