Job summary

Mercy Hospital Jefferson in Festus, MO is seeking a Neuro/GN RN for the night shift. You will utilize the nursing process to provide patient care, coordinate care with other departments, maintain patient rights and confidentiality, and ensure care aligns with Mercy Service Standards.

Qualified graduates with RN licensure in Missouri or a compact state, plus BLS certification (or within 30 days of hire), are invited to apply.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• Maintains current RN license in hiring state or compact licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Maintains accountability for care provided to assigned patients.
• Evaluates effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers.
• Coordinates patient care with other departments; maintains patient rights and confidentiality.
• Performs duties aligned with Mercy Service Standards.
