Job summary

Allaire Rehab and Nursing is seeking a Neuro Physical Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team. This full‑time or PRN role focuses on evaluating and treating residents with neurological impairments at our facility in New Jersey.

You will develop individualized plans, collaborate with clinicians, document progress, and educate residents and families on goals and therapy progress. Mentorship is available for new graduates, with compensation aligned to experience.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy License in NJ.
• Current CPR certification.
• Mentorship available for new graduates.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, develop, and implement treatment plans for neurological impairments.
• Address mobility, strengthening, coordination, balance, pain, and contracture needs.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team for coordinated care.
• Document progress toward measurable goals per regulatory standards.

Salary range: $40-$60/hr

We are currently seeking a passionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team. Whether you're an experienced therapist or a recent graduate, you'll find mentorship, collaboration, and a purpose-driven environment where your skills truly matter.

What You’ll Do:

• Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for residents with neurological impairments
• Address a range of needs including mobility, strengthening, coordination, balance, pain and contracture management
• Collaborate with a dynamic interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and effective care
• Document and track progress toward measurable goals in accordance with regulatory standards
• Support and educate residents, families, and caregivers on their plan of care and therapy goals

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid Physical Therapy License in the state of NJ
• Current CPR certification
• Passion for working with a neurologically impaired young adult population
• Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
• New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply – mentorship available
