Allaire Rehab and Nursing in New Jersey is seeking a Neuro Physical Therapy Assistant for a full-time role. You will work under licensed physical therapists to guide neurologically impaired young adults through therapeutic exercises.

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate residents and families about care plans, and participate in a clinical ladder with opportunities for mentorship and professional growth. NJ license and CPR required; new grads welcome.

Salary Range: $30-45/hr

We are currently seeking a passionate and motivated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our interdisciplinary team. Whether you're an experienced therapist or a recent graduate, you'll find mentorship, collaboration, and a purpose-driven environment where your skills truly matter.

What You’ll Do:

• Work under the supervision of physical therapists

• Assist patients in performance of therapeutic exercises under the direct supervision of the physical therapists

• Collaborate with a dynamic interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and effective care

• Support and educate residents, families, and caregivers on their plan of care and therapy goals

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant License in the state of NJ

• Current CPR certification

• Passion for working with a neurologically impaired young adult population

• Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills

• New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply – mentorship available
