Allaire Rehab & Nursing in New Jersey is seeking a Neuro Physical Therapy Assistant to join our interdisciplinary team in a full-time role. You will work under licensed PTs, guiding neurologically impaired young adults through therapeutic exercises and care plans.

We value mentorship, collaboration, and patient-centered outcomes. NJ PTA license, CPR, and a passion for neurological rehab are required; new graduates welcomed with guidance and growth opportunities.

Qualificações

• NJ Physical Therapy Assistant license required.
• Current CPR certification.

Neuro Physical Therapy Assistant - Full-Time

Salary Range: $30-45/hr

We are currently seeking a passionate and motivated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our interdisciplinary team. Whether you're an experienced therapist or a recent graduate, you'll find mentorship, collaboration, and a purpose-driven environment where your skills truly matter.

What You'll Do:

• Work under the supervision of physical therapists
• Assist patients in performance of therapeutic exercises under the direct supervision of the physical therapists
• Collaborate with a dynamic interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and effective care
• Support and educate residents, families, and caregivers on their plan of care and therapy goals

What We're Looking For:

• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant License in the state of NJ
• Current CPR certification
• Passion for working with a neurologically impaired young adult population
• Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
• New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply - mentorship available
