Baptist Health's Boca Raton Regional Hospital is seeking a Direct Patient Care Registered Nurse (DPC RN) to provide patient-family centered care in the Neuro ICU PCU. This role requires strong assessment, critical thinking, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced neuro setting.

The position offers a $25,000 bonus, full-time schedule (6:30 PM–7:00 AM), and opportunities for professional growth within a faith-based, not-for-profit system known for excellence in neuroscience

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in Florida.
• 1 year of neuro acute care experience required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• BSN preferred where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the neuro PCU.
• Assess and document patient status and plan of care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and families.
• Maintain evidence-based standards for safety and quality.
