Job summary

Baptist Health in Boca Raton is seeking a Direct Patient Care Registered Nurse (DPC RN) for the Neuro ICU. This full-time role demands specialized ICU skills, with a 6:30 PM–7:00 AM shift and a $25,000 bonus.

The position is located at Boca Raton Regional Hospital and emphasizes patient-family centered care in a highly specialized environment. The RN will provide direct patient care, participate in evidence-based practice, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safety and quality

Qualifications

• 1 year ICU experience as a Registered Nurse required.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• RN with an Associate's or BSN is accepted; BSN encouraged for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in Neuro ICU with a patient-family centered approach.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care using evidence-based practice.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and quality care.
