Job summary

Baptist Health Boca Raton Regional Hospital is seeking a Direct Patient Care Registered Nurse (DPC RN) to provide patient-family centered care in a culturally competent manner and deliver high-quality, safe nursing practices.

Estimated pay range is $34.71 to $47.77 per hour, with a sign-on bonus up to $25,000. Requires RN licensure and appropriate certifications; BSN preferred for leadership tracks and career advancement within this non-profit health system.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with applicable state licensure.
• Associates or Bachelors in Nursing required.
• RN must complete a preceptor class within twelve months of competency.
• Other required certifications may be needed (ACLS/BLS/PALS/NRP).
