The Cleveland Clinic Health System is seeking an Advance Practice Provider (NP/PA) in Neuro-Ophthalmology to join a nationally recognized program at the Cleveland Clinic Main Campus. The APP will manage designated neuro-ophthalmology clinics and collaborate with fellowship-trained neuro-ophthalmologists to deliver comprehensive care.

You will conduct clinical assessments, coordinate diagnostics and treatment plans, participate in rounds, and educate patients.

Formación

• APRN must have MSN and national certification.
• PA candidates must have PA program degree and state licensure.
• English language proficiency required.
• Related clinical experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Take histories and perform exams in collaboration with the care team.
• Order and interpret labs/imaging to guide diagnosis and treatment.
• Coordinate care and facilitate timely access to specialty services.
• Educate patients on disease, treatments, and side effects.
• Participate in rounds; collaborate with nursing and medical staff.
• Serve as liaison to ensure continuity of care.
• Support education and development of staff.
