Job summary

Novant Health is seeking a full-time BC/BE Neuro-Oncologist to join the Neuroscience group in Charlotte, NC. The role focuses on care for patients with primary and metastatic CNS tumors and on developing a network-wide neuro-oncology program.

The position offers opportunities to collaborate with neurosurgery, neuropathology, medical and radiation oncology, and to teach medical students, residents, and advanced practice providers across the system.

Qualifications

• Must have completed Neurology residency and Neuro-Oncology fellowship.
• Board certification or eligible status in Neurology and Neuro-Oncology.
• Unrestricted medical license to practice in North Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Care for Neuro-Oncology patients with primary and metastatic CNS tumors and help develop a network-wide program.
• Collaborate with neurosurgery, neuro-oncology, medical and radiation oncology across the Novant Health network.
• Teach medical students, residents, and advanced practice providers.
• Contribute to Neuro-Oncology clinical pathways, tumor board, and clinical trials.
