Formación

• RN with Texas licensure and current BLS required.
• Two years of clinical RN experience.
• Experience in Neuro/Neurosurgery or acute care preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document daily patient care.
• Identify nursing diagnoses and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments per UTMB policies with compassionate care.
• Perform routine tech procedures in the specialty area.
• Provide patient/family education and health promotion based on learning needs.
• Coordinate care across inter-professional team and supervise delegation as appropriate.
• Maintain safety and continuity of care with effective handoffs and documentation.
• Utilize technology to support efficient delivery of patient care.
