You will collaborate with providers and the care team, following nursing models to advocate for patients and families, shaping outcomes and the future of nursing. You will assess, monitor, educate, and document care while maintaining the standards of practice for the department and state.

Qualifications

• RN license/certification required.
• BCLS must be obtained within 30 days of start date.
• No travel required.
• 1 year of experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition at admission and each shift, report changes promptly.
• Administer medications, document care, monitor therapeutic responses.
• Provide timely, compassionate care and respond to patient requests.
• Educate patients and families about condition, treatment plan, medications, and follow-up.
