UnityPoint Health-Meriter in Wisconsin is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Neuro/Med-Surgical unit on nights, with 12-hour shifts and a rotating schedule including weekends and holidays. The RN will provide direct and indirect patient care, assess and plan care, and collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team.

Ideal candidates hold a BSN (or comparable degree), Wisconsin RN licensure, CPR certification, and recent patient care experience.

Qualifications

• BSN or equivalent nursing degree.
• Previous patient care experience.
• Current Wisconsin RN license.
• CPR certification or eligibility within 3 months of hire.
• Must be available for orientation during first two weeks.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care on a Neuro/Med-Surgical unit.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care per hospital standards.
• Supervise delegated nursing tasks and collaborate with physicians and multi-disciplinary team.
