Job summary

Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
- Florida RN license or valid eNLC multistate RN license.
- Current BLS/Healthcare Provider certification.
- Minimum 1 year RN experience.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and develop a care plan.
- Coordinate with medical staff and interdisciplinary team.
- Document patient care and responses accurately.
- Validate telemetry rhythms each shift.
- Provide patient and family advocacy and education.
- Support unit education and mentoring as needed.
