Job summary

Naples Comprehensive Health - NCH is seeking a Registered Nurse to independently plan, implement, and evaluate patient care on the 6th Floor Neuroscience/Med-Surg Unit at our North Naples campus. The role involves direct nursing care, leadership, and participation in quality improvement activities.

The RN will coordinate care delivery, provide patient teaching, and collaborate with the inter-professional team.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN or APRN in the State of Florida.
• BLS certification required from American Red Cross or American Heart Association.
• New to practice RN will be placed into the RN Residency Program.
• Intermediate computer knowledge: Word, Excel, Outlook and Windows.

Responsibilities

• Plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care following standards of care, policy and procedure.
• Provides direct nursing care to patients and exhibits leadership when needed.
• Participates in shared decision making and quality improvement activities.
• Coordinates care delivery and engages in patient teaching to promote health and safety.
