Job summary

Physicians Regional Medical Center - Pine Ridge campus in Naples, FL is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Charge for Neuro Med/Surg on the Night shift (7pm–7am). The RN Charge oversees unit operations, staff supervision, and coordination of patient care while ensuring safety and policy compliance.

Essential duties include supervising staff, evaluating performance, managing patient flow, and participating in quality improvement. RN licensure and BLS are required; ACLS is preferred.

Qualifications

• RN licensure is required.
• 1–2 years of clinical nursing experience are required.
• BLS certification is required; ACLS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing and support staff, delegating tasks.
