Job summary

Aurora Medical Group in Green Bay, WI, is seeking a part-time Medical Assistant or Licensed Practical Nurse to join the ambulatory care team. The role covers the primary Greenbriar location and two other neurology clinics in Two Rivers & Marinette, with biweekly travel.

Schedule: two 10-hour shifts per week, Tue–Fri most days, 6:45am–5:15pm. You will welcome patients, take vitals, assist with exams, administer vaccines, perform labs, document in EHR, and collaborate with providers daily.

Qualifications

• GED or HS Equivalency Diploma.
• LPN: Completion of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
• MA: Accredited Medical Assistant program or 2 years verifiable MA experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and support their transition into care.
• Take and record vital signs, medical histories, and health screenings.
• Prepare patients for exams and assist providers during procedures.
• Administer medications and vaccines as directed.
• Perform lab-related tasks including specimen collection and point-of-care testing.
• Document care accurately in the electronic health record.
