• Assess the patient’s condition during admission and every shift, identifying changes and reporting them.
• Perform procedures and documentation of care in the medical record.
• Administer medications and monitor therapeutic response; act on adverse reactions.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about the condition, treatment plan, medications and follow-up measures.
