Job summary

Prevea Health is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Neurointerventional Surgery clinic at St. Vincent’s Hospital in Green Bay. The role supports patients across the clinic experience, coordinating care and providing high-quality nursing services.

The RN will perform assessments, manage patient education, and ensure safe, efficient care in a multi-specialty clinic setting. Wisconsin RN licensure and CPR/BLS are required; ACLS/PALS may be requested based on specialty.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree is required.
• BSN is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs patient assessments and supports care decisions.
• Delivers full range of nursing services and supports provider visits.
• Coordinates follow-up and referrals; maintains accurate documentation.
• Maintains clinical documentation in EMR and adheres to safety/privacy.
• Collaborates with physicians and team to ensure efficient clinic operations.
• Adapts to fluctuating patient volumes and clinic needs.
